what if i don't reach my minimum fundraising commitment?
With a bit of effort and dedication we are confident you will meet and even exceed your fundraising minimum! For most events, you must reach the minimum fundraising commitment approximately 2 weeks prior to your race. We will have you fill out the Travel Form 6 weeks prior and we will get your credit card number at that time. If you have not reached your minimum commitment by the date 2 weeks before your event, you will be charged up to the minimum fundraising amount to secure your spot on the team. Should you decide not to recommit on the Travel Form, you will have no further financial obligation but need to depart the team at that time. You will have 30 days after your race event to complete your fundraising. Whatever amount you raise at that time will be refunded back to your credit card. Remember, you are assigned a personal fundraising mentor who is here to make sure you are successful!
